Gomad! & Monster´s first EP Rotten to be released on March 4th on Jetlag Recordings

After touring for two years playing in the best clubs in Spain and having stood out for their live performance in the most important festivals in the country (Arenal Sound, ElectroWeekend, Low Cost, Aquasella, Dream Beach, SOS 4.8, Territorios Sevilla, among others…), this band from Madrid brings us their first studio track called Rotten
This is the beginning of their recording career taking off in 2014 with the support of Jetlag Recordings for their first single.
The original mix is composed of the different influences that define the true sound of the band, established as roots and base to their music: powerful and raw Electro combined with Rock thrown over the purest Drum & Bass rhythms.
Staying loyal to their style, the remix included in this first EP has been produced by GOMAD! & MONSTER. It combines various genres like Electro and Rock, adding liquid and aggressive synths, with an epic break and subtle melodies, leading to the drop of the track from the explosion of Rave&Roll!!
The release is completed with Rotten´s video clip, which was produced and directed by Javier Gesto. Gesto, with a long professional career, has captured and reflected the group´s esthetic line based on black and white. The sets, costumes, actions and attitudes reflected convert this piece with out any doubt in a true reflection of the group´s image.
This first EP serves as an appetizer, introducing to the public, especially G&M´s fans, their unique sound and identity. After this release and throughout 2014, G&M will offer new productions worldwide and a live act that will include all of their new tracks.
On the 1st of April, GOMAD! & MONSTER will launch the Rotten Remixes package, which will include tracks by producers Paul Hard, Dub Elements, Noiserippers and the groups own remix.
From the most contemporary trends and classic electronic music and by it´s fusion with diverse riffs that evoke the American metal groove from the early 90´s, the mix of the sound is not only achieved from styles and trends from the past or present, but also the amalgamate that will allow frontiers that separate electronic from rock/metal to break for good, allowing the establishment of the sound for future generations. This is GOMAD! AND MONSTER, welcome to a new era.
