Vienna in Love are a British Rock-Dance band from London, UK.
Vienna In Love’s own variation of stadium rock draws on influences from both older and contemporary bands. Their influences include U2, New Order, The Cure, Placebo and The Killers.
Formed in the Summer of 2011 they have played in the UK, Europe and United States including American landmarks: Congress Theater (Chicago, IL) and Celebrity Centre (Los Angeles, CA). Opening for The Gossip and Duran Duran at Exit Festival 2012 (Novi Sad, Serbia), Théâtre Sébastopol (Lille, France), Heineken Arena (Madrid, Spain), Razzmatazz 1 (Barcelona, Spain) plus the Scala and Clapham Grand Theatre’s (London, UK).
Debut album “A Modern British Icon” (Sony Music Unlimited, 2013)
was released in December 2013. It was recorded at Universal Music Studios and Pinewood Studios in London with mastering by Pete Maher (U2, The Killers and Depeche Mode)
The debut video for the debut single «Addiction» was released in August 2013 and received critical acclaim from all media outlets including MTV.
Even though a young band, Vienna in Love are currently ranked no.1 on Reverbnation and are now planning a 2014 world tour to support their debut album release
